RE: Comment for InDaMoney

RE: Comment for InDaMoneymrmoribund,

UBS is shareholder of Look.. in fact its the biggest shareholder of Look..  it can walk into court at anytime and ask for the Look board to be replaced by a trustee due to abuses nevermind get an injunction.

Why it didn't ask for the trustee is the question some might want to ask.. its a shell.. there i no reason not to simply get a trustee to arrange the sale of the remaining assets.. oh yeah.. unless landing a certain asset in a certain entitie hands is and was the plan all along.

You guys are arguing something that goes on daily..  cost is an issue... but its a commonly used tactic in any battle of interests... and that is all this is.. its a battle of interests...

They can't be faulted for not protecting UBS  shareholders with an injunction prior to the vote... as it would have been out of their pocket... but once in charge of UBS they had every right to use UBS money to deal with Look... responsibley....  they conveniently failed to protect shareholder's interests.

You and 6180 and GiJane are content to look forward.. funny how all the uproar pror to the vote at egregious behavior by Look and UBS insiders is now not such a big deal... why is that?

And how is it this group is well prepared? They appear anything but to me..  do they have a magic way of prepatriating funds? I hope the do.. because I dig into this sort of fight all the time and it seems to always end the same.. repatriation almost never ever happens..

perhaps you're just trying to get those here that may be fuming at the latest bit og business to foget about it..  afterall..  the wind down will only wok if you can convince the sheep they are better off or there is nothing that can't be done.

I am going to save your posts (as I do them all).. and I'm going to throw it back at you in a matter of weeks when you're talking another tune.. when you're arguing that the money is lost..to forget about it..  etc etc..

We are in the middle of a con job..

Take Care!
