RE: RE: RE: RE: The Market Speaks-- NglobeTIM9LIVES, I appreciate your skepticism.  After all it is only one day and there are those in these boards with crooked agendas.  But there are times that something happens to you and you decide you have to do something about it.  I could have kept this to myself and been sulking.  I decided to expose it and let the chips fall where they may after all it is the truth.  I do not expect you or anybody else to just take my word for it.  That is why I encouraged people in my first post to consider it as they engage the company as I do not believe I just had a bad hair day, or they were discriminating against me.  But sometimes you do not see something unless you look for it.

As for your "Duck" proverb.  Just now that two things that look alike are not necessarily the same.  They could even turn out to be the opposites.  "The devil is in the details".  Don't we have enough antichrists claiming to be christians, a supposed anti-war afroamerican president escalating wars specially in the middle east and africa, supposedly green companies (e.g., BP) polluting our world, pharmaceutical companies causing disease, etc.

I am not trying to convince anybody to buy or sell, that is their business.  I am merely bringing up an issue people should be aware of and can verify in their own interactions (some other investors in previous posts have also indicated similar although not as severe interactions).

I have also mentioned repeatedly my nuanced assessment of the management based on other factors; what you keep ignoring.  For example, I know other companies that have much better IR team, and yet worse geo/technical/asset team.  And those with great financing abilities and yet worse in other aspects.  As an investor I have to weigh every factor and decide how important that it is (just like any other purchase that may have some flaws and yet you decide to buy / hold it until it serves your purpose and / or you find a better deal).
