It holds both general and limited partnership interests in Summit Hotel OP, LP (the Operating Partnership). Substantially, all of its assets are held by, and all of its operations are conducted through, the Operating Partnership.

INN.UN raises another 75$MILLION

Smart of them to raise this money to redeem a debenture paying 6.75% by issuing debentures paying 6%. They will save a lot of interest expenses and have about 17$million left for operating expenses etc. INN.UN seems to have no problem raising capital which is indicative of their credit-worthiness and status within the investment community.
