RE: 244272I also know some of the guys on this Board and I think that they should not get paid with retainers and fees
as well as the high wages paid to the CEO.I feel that they should be compensated with options and a normal
wage for the CEO allong with options.
From my recolaction, the only CEO that was not a puppet to the Board, was Helmut Lanziner
all the rest were-are.
