Nowhere is the "recipient" mentioned?  Are you speaking about the Coalcorp loan or the "private placement"?  It's pretty easy to figure that one out since we only have the $10 million that has been discussed.  Coalcorp was the larger of the two and a "private" placement  was the remainder.  That is NOT speculation - except to someone of low intellect or an agenda.  The company didn't say who participated in the  "private placement" but it sure wasn't the average shareholder. 

I don't know the difference between a "private placement" and a loan?   I DO know they both expanded the shares outstanding.  I DO know that we shareholders weren't invited.  I DO know that Coalcorp cut a fat hog.  What more do I need to know?   And I know those warrants are transferable into common shares. They were issued as part of a "unit".
