Management is what drives the company / the stock / its value and share price. Without significant change in management I suspect OX stock price will continue to underperform relative to its growing asset (compared to its peers under the same market condition). That means even if the share price goes up it will fall short of wher it should be relative to its peers. That is why the sp is now at 10 cents vs. > 20 cents where it should be comparing it with other peers in canada with similar resources and prospects. I believe even considering the jurisdiction (Nova Scotia is not going to be valued like Quebec - political / tax reasons).
