well this is certainly good news, the way I read it is........yup the deal WILL go through, and there are no majors changes to the basics of the deal, we have the green light, BUT the deal isnt signed yet....BUT we have already decided to sign the dreal in Toronto.....pretty mixed message....

so I dont know how the market will react to this news, if it wasnt for the past failure with SInohydro the market would take this very positively, but without a signing the sp will still be held down somewhat, still think this MAY be enough for some of the larger players to get in and give volume which is what this stock needs...

typing aloud here, this may be a great day to get in some more, I already own a pile of shares, but if the sp doesnt jump this could be the last chance to get some shares sub 40 before the signing....

what to do....
