Looks like a lot on todays chart but...
Fundamentals have changed...look out above.
Look at the weekly, look and see were it came from previous awaiting this news.
Should say positive indications of a deal to be finalized soon.
37.5 to 40's tomorrow, then more in coming days.
The down trend is over here!
