I think it is obvious when there is any kind of strength in the stock price there are sellers stepping in to sell. Put things in perspective. Lately the volume average is probably around 50,000. If you have 3 or 4 people out there with 50,000 shares that want to sell their position the only way they can do it is little bits at a time when there is buyer interest. Otherwise their selling would drop the share price by .20 and they would lose. Because of the low volume I dont think you can draw too many conclusions.

I still think the market is in a wait and see mode with WEE. The market wants to see that the company is for real, that it is not a flash in the pan, that it is growing. They seem to have stalled over the last quarter and investors are nervous.
