RE: why the selling at this low price?

RE: why the selling at this low price? The share price of HRG is between 75-80 cents after acquiring Troika share.
Now Severstal owns 70% of HRG. It also has 50% of crew gold.Is there an attempt of creeping takeover of HRG in place?.The way shares are bought in a very narrow range do not show any signs of revival. I am yet to see any positive news release from the management. if management is planning an IPO, they need to come out and  build the tempo, which is totally missing here. i am long but not very sure how the things are going to unfold before the end of this year. Why the minutes of AGM are not released? May be the experienced on this board will be able to answer.-scluri
