The Japs are buying

The Japs are buyingNomura Asset Managment just scooped-up 750,000 2.5 cent shares... Although the dollar amount is not all that significant, what is really interesting to me is that the purchase was made by a Japanese Assest managment firm... Anyone have anything to say about that?
