As a matter of fact NO I didn't know about THOSE 500,000 options.  Why is that difficult to comprehend?  When were they awarded - date?  I surmised it was during the "negotiations" with Jilin Jien.  Right or wrong?   Keep in mind the board is constantly handing out options to directors and officers.  Yes, it's  part of their "compensation" package but they sure are generous with themselves.  Especially for a company that essentially was bankrupt.  What part of the above mystifies you?
