facts, this is an obvious mining scam.  The scam artist management drags this thing out year after year after year.  Every year there is going to be a mine "next year".  Then there are excuses and more promises.  This new direction is yet another stall tactic.

The managment here has no idea how to build a mine.  They are very good at printing shares, however.  They have to keep making promises in order to sell those shares and collect their fat salaries.  After sitting around for years doing close to nothing, I bet these scam artists are very good a Minesweeper and Solitare.
