If you look for yourself you will see that they bought 77,000 at 3 cents today, and 750,000 at 2.5 cents yesterday. They also have a bid for 292,000, currently at 2.5 cents (moved down from 3 cents a little while ago) if you look on the L2.

Nomura is a Japanese asset management firm, and they appear to be taking a postion.
