RE: RE: Take-over target???

RE: RE: Take-over target???Are you crazy??  Why would anyone want a takeover bid right now?  (Except for the company who wants to buy them).

So you want this thing to get bought out for $2 a share?  They have about $.70 cash per share so someone would be picking this thing up for $1.30.  Is this company only worth $1.30?  Bladerunner will say no, he thinks it's worth less than the cash they have on hand.

This year is on pace to be close to 100 million in sales and the stock price is nowhere near reflecting that.  If they push the $100 million mark this year this thing won't be bought for anything less than $5 (IMO).  Third and fourth quarters are usually the best for companies in this type of business, so hopefully they'll pull off some big ones.

I just wish Caputo learned how to talk to analysts better... how can anyone value this bloody thing when Captain Caputo doesn't give guidance, says the business is lumpy and admits the second quarter always has the lowest bookings.  That's why people hate this stock....everyone is in the dark....at all times.
