Maybe the EPA tango is finally over.

You would have needed ground penetrating radar to find this stock on any radar screen but It is getting interesting now, with a 66% increase in price in two days and very little offered for sale.

That price move alone should set off a few alerts on some computers and may lead to some fresh visitors to this thread.
