Its IronCAP X is a cybersecurity product for email/file encryption.

over 400,000 trades so far

This little anouncement really hasn't hurt the trading sure it's being pushed down but with over 400,000 trades in the first few minute shows that there are some traders that aren't too concerned with what's going on.
