MANAGEMENT CONTRACTS
The Corporation has an employment agreement (the “Bloom Employment Agreement”) with Ms. Lynda
Bloom, whereby Ms. Bloom is employed by the Corporation in her capacity as President and CEO of the
Corporation at an initial base salary of $175,000 per annum, with an annual bonus to be determined by
the Compensation Committee. During the financial year ended August 31, 2009, Ms Bloom took unpaid
vacation days and also forgave $26,250 of salaries which had been accrued but unpaid, resulting in an
annual salary of $144,583 for the financial year ended August 31, 2009. The Corporation has also paid
Ms. Bloom a bonus of $36,900 for the financial year ended August 31, 2009. Ms. Bloom’s salary
and bonus have been included as part of “Annual Compensation – Salary” for Ms. Bloom.
