Suncor
missed  earnings  almost  as  badly as HSE  but it is up  2%  whereas  HSE was down 5%.  This tells you how much HSE is hated in investing community.  Investors  have no confidence in HSE management whatsoever. The change  of CEO is not going to make  a difference because   there are still bunch of inept VPs doing nothing. Only hope for you guys is that  the new CEO has marching orders to sell the dog after dividing it  for several parts.
