I personally do not think OSK will wait for the true potential of the hard asset (i.e., resources) to be defined before they make a takeover bid. They have demonstrated that before with Brett which had a 70k drilling program (likely to expand their resource considerably) going on before OSK made an offer based on their existing defined resource.
So I agree that lots more drilling needs to be done but if the current results and specially the RC regional drilling results on the claims surrrounding Goldboro demonstrate the potential for significant upside why would OSK wait for that to be defined when they could make a bid based on the existing resource and results. That said I think interpretation of the results from Doliver Mountain (where they enough to be promising of the trend extensio?!) and the RC drilling results from claims surrounding Goldboro (was enough done and results good enough too show much promise?!) would be key for OSK in addition to the absolute current resource estimate based on this years DD.
