RE: More Drilling & OSK Take OverThanks Sailor for your response.
I understand your logic but as you stated earlier we do not know where the RC drilling was done. May be I am missing something but I do not believe OSK would make the mistake of drilling outside its JV contract claim knowing as you implied that could have an adverse effect on its negotiation power. It does not make sense. I still think they did that with the understanding that if they find something interesting there that could help them make a decision about buyout of the entire OX Goldboro properties (if results are very encouraging based on grades and their modeling) or if inconclusive help them add that part of property to their contract for further drilling.
In either case, I think OX would be in better negotiating position if they had conducted the drilling (outside the main Goldboro property / outside the JV contract claim area) themselves - i.e., OX should chart its own course and strenghten its negotiating power. What is OX waiting for? I think this lack of work in those claims outside JV with OSK / or even other properties that OX could have claimed and worked on during this time has already cost the company and shareholders.
