Mayo is the drag on this companyHe has over expanded again with little concern for profits and the bottom line. It's the bottom line that will make the stock price rise and he has failed here. I don't see how his compensation package cannot reflect a very poor deteriation of shareholder value.

Yes the recession hurt but other companies have reduced costs, improved operations and improved the shareholder value. The reverse has occurred with VT.
