I see no evidence of accumulation by any group. I believe JL was just making a comment on public companies generally. There were a few comments that could be taken different ways. O'leary for example talked about a "crap shoot" in reference to investing in biotechs. Some of you thought he meant NUVO, I believe he was referring to purely junior biotechs with nothing commercialized. Nuvo is now a pharmaceutical company with an emphasis on research and drug development.
