That is, the semi literate that posts more frequently, and the one who although still of low character, morals and honesty, is capable of composing a message, using other than monosyllable drivel. The one whose messages are transmitted in a font not available on Stockhouse, but appearing in the various multi aliases connected to rocksolid47 on Stockhouse, and EB Farnum on Agoracom. You could tell the forum his name - you do know your own name..
The fact that more than one contributor and numerous multi aliases have been involved in this group that pumped ISM and bashed LBE, is why I call it an organized group of bashers. The fact that information has been posted, that could only be accessible to insiders, or those acting in an agents or consultancy role for ISM, as Nickel77 has pointed out, is another interesting aspect involving this group. I don't know who you think is being fooled by this charade, other than the participants, I would say, very few.
If you want to talk about the countersuit and the OSC investigation that I said there was talk of, drop over to the ISM forum, where it is mentioned. I know, that your main interest is bailing the illiterate one out on this forum, but if you are interested enough in these topics, take the time and read the other forum. The company appears quite inactive, but the forum is still operative. It is odd that you would describe mention of topics openly discussed on a forum scurrilous. First of all, it is a word far beyond the vocabulary used by the frequent user of this alias. But secondly, comparing statements of a verifiable fact - there is "talk about counter suits, OSC investigation involving ISM", to the libelous statements that have been made under the rocksolid47 and related aliases. The users of these aliases have made statements concerning Jilin Jien, Liberty Mines, Gary Nash and an individual named in a lawsuit, that are defamatory. For your information, statements of fact are not scurrilous comments; libelous and slanderous comments are. Its a distinction you may want to discuss with a qualified legal advisor before making any further comments, and to assess your position as to past comments.
As to "an organised bashing team who have been attempting to destroy another company, who's property you want", you have described yourself and your cohorts to a tee. Your efforts have proven unsuccessful, you have been failures. LBE is moving ahead, regularly meeting milestones on schedule, and now reaching profitability. Your company of choice has failed to demonstrate that its flagship property is economically viable after five years of exploration, and has confused the market, most shareholders and forum participants, and apparently management, as to what business plan should be adopted. I don't want ISM's property, ISM management don't even seem to want it themselves. Whether LBE may have use for some of the property at some time, is unknown; if they do, I'm sure it will be at a fraction (and I mean small fraction) of the value that you and other shills were promoting.
You say everyone with a brain is getting out of LBE. Where are you meeting people with brains? Is it you and your cohorts that invested in ISM, which just managed a 5 year low? You say Jilin Jien can do whatever they want. That is wrong; in your culture and vocation you may believe that laws and regulation are just for the other guy. But there are rules that Jilin Jien must adhere to, and will adhere to, that prevent the scenarios that you have falsely described.
You, and your semi literate lackey can spout off as much as you like. Things are crumbling around you, your drivel isn't changing that. If you want to risk putting yourself in a worse position, by continuing libelous commentary - have at it. You are doing this, having been provided with information that refutes your claims. The inability to recognize the hole you are digging suits your intellect, and personally, I'll enjoy the consequences.
