mostly though, I agree with a few of the other posters....I am in favour of either a takeover, or new management and hope this is put to a vote. IF TX had progressed, and IF psoriasis had progressed, we would not be at the mercy of lux and the fda deciding our fate. Taking our eye off these indications and not aggressively seeking a partner for TX post roche was a major lapse in judgement and left us vulnerable and without cash. Again, follow the lux thread..look at their executive management...what do you see? Is there a link with transplant field? what is lux' cash position? was lux dissapointed that no suitors came along for them? did they have enough to pay us the milestone?  


why did ulrich leave???
 
These are all opinions and theories..say what you will....I dont care....these kinds of games take place all the time in with public companies and especially in pharma, where if you haven't noticed, takeouts are back in vogue and said to be ripe.
