RE: RE: RE: New PDF
My reason is that the company has not offered any communication regarding the rationale or potential benefits of the consolidation.

I just received my package today regarding the AGM and voting issues. A mere 16 days before the meeting. Company IR dept shows contempt for shareholder inquiries as per message on answering mahine. All in all feels like something is getting ramrodded though allowing for no to little opportunity for discussion.

If motion is voted down the company can always reserect the issue with an opportunity for shareholder discussion.

Reverse splits typically do not lead to share price appreciation. You have sighted one example (EXP) which currently sits barely above 2X SP after consolidation, not withsatnding the litlle spike after the consolidation which was nowhere near the previous SP spikes. So what really was accomplished that couldn't have been otherwise acomplished with good news an company marketing?

These are just my thoughts. If I assume you are voting in favour, what is your reasoning?
