Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

Ok, I`m going to say this really slowly, because you seem to be ignoring anything positive related to this company and trying to spin it to the negative as hard as you can (or perhaps you really don`t understand anything about how the corporate world functions).  Effective dates some times have nothing to do with when deals are finalized.  In effect, what is being said with ``effective date`` is that Ithaca gets the revenues dating back to Jan 1, but is also responsible for costs back to that date as well.  This is not old news.  Based on your previous performance, I bet you won`t thank anyone for correcting you and will continue to post nonsense, which of course will complete the portrait of a low end poorly paid basher.  If that`s the case, have fun in the boiler room, but nobody here will pay any attention to you whatsoever.
