HRG website show 69% as severstal owned and rest lumped as  31% as free float.what about the other institutional holders beside minority share holders. Is Sprott still in or sold out? what will happen to HRG warrants at the time of IPO?Will there be an IPO or would severstal make another run for total control? so many questions unanswered and total silence from the HRG management.- any answers or feed back is welcome- regards-scluri
