RE: RE: RE: RE: New PDF
RE: RE: RE: RE: New PDF I also have recieved a Proxy Circular today . Most people vote over the internet these days but even if you mail in the self addressed envelope there is still plenty of time . You will not get a proxy if you are not the registered shareholder. If for example your shares are held in say a Royal Bank RRSP.
At any rate the circular states that with 180 million shares outstanding it is very hard to attract new investors and anyone should know without new money we are going nowhere . Also , all the management options are far underwater in the 40 to 50 cent range. As bad as it is , none of these people will serve for free and the only way to fix their problem is to get the share count down times 10 . One director . Nick DeMare serves on the boards of 21 other resource companies. He is a serial director , in it to line his own pockets. He has also been in trouble with the exchange before , for as little as that means. There is something seriously wrong with this and it should be illegal. It isn`t and the only thing I can do is vote against him as a director. It won`t do any good but at least I tried.
So this is going through and the vast majority of shareholders won`t even bother to vote. I think the CEO can use any unaccounted shares that weren`t voted.. I`m not sure how that works. Sit back and enjoy the ride and maybe after the consolidation there will be a chance to pick up some bargain shares.
