Share Float

Share FloatI inquired about the amount of shares held of today by the two major shareholders (Orifer and Sprott)

Orifer holds approx. 151 million shares, or about 23% ....this does not include oustanding warrants and options

Sprott holds approx. 79 million shares, or about 12.5%....this does not include oustanding warrants and options

The amount of shares issued, this does not include oustanding warrants and options is 633,388,000

This leaves approx. 403 million shares in the public float, and this includes minor insiders.

This amount of shares will give the stock (YNG) a lot of liquidity when things start to happen.....The only thing I see, is that the present owners of shares may stay long and not put their shares in play.....and this could cause a shortage of marketable  shares..... We can only dream of something happening like that.

When we see the two large players starting to divest themslves of YNG shares...that will tell us ...it's time to put our shares in play...and take our profits out......

But then there are so many varibles like the expansion of reserves in Jerritt Canyon, The Yukon properties coming into production.....YNG becoming a mid tier gold producer....it is hard to have a fixed mind on the qualities of what we have in hand.......just my thoughts on what will, or may  happen in the future ......Richard
