The Reason: Cool kid acting too cool!!!

The Reason: Cool kid acting too cool!!! The reason CLF never offered spq the proper amount.. is not due to market conditions but due to a control factor. They acquired FWR then went on the cheap to acquire SPQ due to if they had offered a higher marker price then it may of brought in other speculative offers which would of brought in other competition. That is exactly what CLF is trying to avoid so I think they will pay out the remainder of SPQ holders in a decent value then Take KWG once the deal is finalized to not arise a play on what the ROF actually represents as a Chromite mine in N. America to the Whole Continent and some. It will shatter the Baltic Index for the ore shipping as well as increase revenue for local railroad operators (depending on who decides to bid and own the railway to the ROF) {another play for those savy types}

The ROF is and will be the mega strategy for companies in the next decade so if your prepared to wait and be scrupled by the likes of heartless corps. like CLF's (which I do not at this moment know their mission statement but i assume it's all but positive to everyone but their share holders) As private industry roles; you really have to take a 5th grade amendment and agree to favor the popular or be left out. That is to say until the new kid comes to town??? When... hopefully some day sooner then later realizing a play of this magnitude and willing to man-up an make the the bucks CLF's is reaping from the retail investor...

I was gong to buy CLF 17$ ago but do not have an american trading fund. BEST BELIEVE CLF IS GOING TO TOP THE ROF. OWN NONE FOR NOW BUT AFTER THE DOUBLE DIP IN AFEW MONTHS WILL ACCUMULATE A SH@T LOAD OF CLIFFS WHEN IT HITS 36$ OR LOWER AGAIN(might be dreaming but very realistic an possible in the near future!( 6 month estimate)

Comments are welcome!
