Now they have the screen to show off what the lens and shutter system can do...the prototype camera works great and now at the trade shows this product is really going to stick out.  Oh and Dwight finally got paid for all his hard work.  Thanks Dwight and keep up the good work.  Go find a major to put your technology into their cameras and i will love you forever.

ISEE3D CLOSES 3D DISPLAY ACQUISITION

Isee3D Inc. has completed theacquisition of a Philips WOWZone video wall system as previouslyannounced in Stockwatch on March 23, 2010. In connection with theclosing of the acquisition, iSee3D has issued 408,163 common shares at adeemed price of 49 cents per share, for aggregate consideration of$200,000 to Stereo Visions Systems Inc. of Ithaca, N.Y., a company atarm's length to iSee3D. The acquisition shares are subject to a holdperiod of four months and one day from the date of issuance.

ISee3D also announced that it has settled a total $244,667.50 inoutstanding debt through the issuance of 489,335 shares at a deemedprice of 50 cents per share, first announced in Stockwatch on June 25,2010. As part of the settlement, iSee3D settled $128,341 through theissuance of 256,682 shares to certain directors and officers of thecompany. All shares issued in the debt settlement are subject to a holdperiod of four months and one day from the date of issuance.
