RE: RE: RE: RE: my thoughts on the outcome/antonin

RE: RE: RE: RE: my thoughts on the outcome/antonini should correct myself in saying "  they failed the trial intentionally in order to take over iSA at a basement price " raised by you as a plausible conspiracy ".  No, the trial wasn't  a failure but the NDA was not  approved. Thats why a CRL was issued,.   What i meant, according to the interpretation of your theory, is " Lux team tried to do a sloppy job on its NDA and knowing  additional info was needed as to complete the NDA filing but purposely left it out "

It sounds like Lux was a mafia boss in his back room setting up a  perfect plan to take over ISA....telling his cronies to let it bleed and then finish it off...lol

Its totally bizarre to think that Lux would commit such a conspiratorial act in spite of the $50 million financing from SVLS, HBM, NOVO A/S. This financing is to bring  LUVENNIQ to the aproval stage.

Honestly, how much money could they save from this conspiracy in comparing with the revenue stream generated from the sale of LUVENNIQ in the world wide market ?...I would say " peanut "............as far as the  financial values of other indications concerned, Lux must know it would take years and lots of financial power to bring voclosporin to an approval stage for these indications.

If Lux is genuinely interested in a takover of ISA,  just  pay a reasonable price. and, in fact, the market value of ISA is unreasonably low. I wish they do.
