Company will file for chapter 11 by next year, they cannot even make a profit  TO COVER THE BOND COST, regulatory agency are getting scare with fly by night companies who may go under so quickly and the State will be responsible to reclaim the mess the mining company left behind. Obama will be stopping this soon.
