RE: Lux buying ISAIf Lux's deal survives an ISA bankruptcy, Lux wouldn't have to buy ISA. Paladin can manufacture the drug for any additional trials. Who knows, maybe Lux could get out of paying any milestone payments too? If Lux's deal doesn't survive an ISA bankruptcy, then I would offer say $.8/share on a share exchange ratio, which might be on the order of 1 Lux share for each 1000 ISA shares-take it or leave it. $.08/share or zero? which would you accept?
