Dear subscriber,

A short update on some recent developments.

Continental Coal (ASX:CCC) announced the acquisition of Marshala Resources last week. We consider this as a good tactical move, and support the transaction, despite the further dilution. Continental Coal is now expecting to have no less than seven operating coal mines by the end of 2012.
Therefore, we pledge our support to the management team, and we will participate in the Share Purchase plan.

First Gold Exploration (EFG.V) surprised us again with outstanding drill results. However, the market reacted with less enthusiasm, sending the shares lower to C
.26. We are looking to accumulate more at these levels.

Woulfe Mining (WOF.V) shot up last Friday, to a High of C
.135. We have no idea what caused this run up, but we are expecting drill results in August. Maybe someone already knows more than us…

Avion Gold (AVR.V) announced a record production for the month of July. We are really looking forward for their Q2-results on august 26th!

Matt Rimes, the MD of Iron Ore Holdings (ASX:IOH) stepped down last week for “personal reasons”. We feel there is more going on behind the screens, and will monitor the situation closely.

Kindly yours,

The Caesars Report Team
