Offering

OfferingSome big players getting rewarded prior to something significant is my guess - Would seem VERY odd to halt stock this long for an offering, if no reason other than to try to raise working capital - that would be a very weird scenario and a substantial slap in face to retail - you have to believe they are far brighter than that.
