RE: Tuesday August 10-notesAs nobody has come forward I will act as a scribe for the meeting.  My handwriting is terrible at the best of times to the point that I at times cant easily read it when rushed. Therefore I may ask for some patience along the way so that I can accurately record the meat and potatoes of what is being said so that we may refer to it in the future.

I will then summarize it  and disseminate it to the group within a few days.  I do have some experience with scribing notes and also with meetings of similar nature.  I have some suggestions that I believe will assist us with future communications, nothing earth shattering, but I will discuss further tomorrow night.

I must say that I am impressed at what is shaping up to be a very well run meeting and I look forward to it.
