Robert B. Rosene, chairman, on July 30 purchased 100,000 directly held shares at between $1.91 and $1.94 with a market value of $192,201, and now holds 454,618 shares total common.


The only other transaction reported by Thomson Reuters was on Dec. 8, 1999, when he exercised options to buy 25,798 shares at 39 cents per share, with a market value of $10,061.

On Friday, shares of SYNM fell 2 cents to close at $1.84. They have traded at a low of $1.53 on July 1, and a high of $3.35 on Aug. 10, 2009.

Bank of America Corp. : Brian T. Moynihan, president and CEO, on July 30 sold 9,527 directly held shares at $14.04 with a market value of $133,759, and now holds 423,727 shares total common.

This is the fourth stock sell by Moynihan this year. In each transaction he has sold 9,527 shares; the first on Jan. 29 at $15.18 had a market value of $144,619; the second, on May 29 at $15.74, had a market value of $149,955; and the third, on June 30 at $14.37, had a market value of $136,903.

In the 11 qualified sells by Moynihan, the share price has risen less than 1 percent (0.8) in the six-month period following the transactions.

Also on July 30, selling directly held shares at $14.04 per share, were:

* Joe L. Price, president-consumer, small business and card banking, sold 9,387 shares for $131,793, and has 97,293 shares total common;

* David
C. Darnell, president-global commercial banking, sold 7,695 shares for $108,038, and has 118,562 shares total common; and

* Barbara J. Desoer, president-home loans and insurance, sold 7,062 shares for $99,150, and has 269,651 shares total common.


Shares of BAC closed Friday at $13.96, down 6 cents.

Southwest Bancorp Inc. : Rick J. Green, CEO, on July 29 exercised options to buy 4,200 shares at $5.26 with a market value of $22,092.

This is the second transaction by Green in 2010. ON April 29 he purchased 10,000 directly held shares at $12.50 with a market value of $125,000, and now holds 22,811 shares total common.

In the 8 qualified sells by Green, the share price has fallen 1.1 percent in the six-month period after the transactions.

Green has a Thomson Reuters proven sell score of 63.

OKSB shares closed Friday at $13.18, down 61cents.

Noble Corp. : Mary P. Ricciardello, a director since 2003, according to Reuters, purchased 700 indirectly held shares at $32.04 with a market value of $22,428, and now holds 47,445 shares total common.

On Friday, NE shares closed at $34.43, down 9 cents.
