RE: RE: RE: NDXI concur - NDX needs a solid financing plan and the capability to execute before anything else - there is lots of operational talent available -BUT without the financing, there is nothing more to operate! 

I am convinced this deal could be financed by professionals - the business fuundamentals are there, just need a different approach to securing the cash to fund the deals already on the table!
