RE: RE: RE: RE: OSK Meeting?

RE: RE: RE: RE: OSK Meeting?Back about 2-3 months ago, coincident with the share price decline, Iwas told by the IR that OX intended to have a 43-101 report by no laterthan October.  Does anyone know if that is still the plan?

I think this is the subject of a raging debate among us, within the BOD, within management and among some large shareholders.  There are pro's & con's to doing a report with the new data now,  versus to waiting to get the final 600m completed and doing it again.  I've told Mark my opinion is that they should do it twice.

Do they have to wait for OSK to initiate this process or can / will OX do that independently?

Certainly been implied to me by two different sources they could do it independently.  I'm pretty sure OSK doesn't need to have a 43-101 to take any decisions so why would they get a veto on producing a 43-101.

With the new modeling in place is there any indication how long it maytake for the report to come out (from the time the request isinitiated)?

Last Friday I was told by Mark that this would take about 8 weeks from start to finish and that they have a vendor selected and available to do it.  The raging debate above is factoring into the decision to start or not to start.

Finally an update from Mark, there were nearly 1,500+ assays that they were inputting into the model, it was taking a lot of time due to the shear volume of data.
