I think your wrong about learning more soon (info the shareholders are looking for at least ,yes Art and Colin will try to divert attention away from HI and TnT as they introduce another shell to the shell game. 

For me to look ,MXM will need to get to .72 to make shareholders whole on that massive share issue.  Maxim has a long history of losing wealth for shareholders and until that changes the looking part will not occur. Tommer do you think Art will issue a ton more shares if he does put something together. Why the consolidation if not to issue more shares, That is what Art does, he collects money, nothing more that I see. 

Are we getting a bunch of profit sharing payments in this 3 quarter? 

Is the website going back up or does that give "idiot" shareholders to much info Art? 

Maybe Tommer has a picture of a goose egg?
