While coal [of all types] have seen some increase in the spot price, teverage present spot prices are still significantly lower-as are most minerals.
Thus management, while needing a significant cash flow, may want to stockpile or slow individual  production hoping for significantly higher end price receivable. Would be nice if they had the luxury to achieve the pause- but would admit that reality will probably limit the juggling desired.
