Off to a Great Start

Can anyone remember when they started drilling Hole #4 and what the reason is that it's taken this long to complete? What has management stated in their news releases to explain the delay? For the life of me, I can't figure it out.

This is the work of great management who is being paid almost $300k annual salary?
