Bond, interest rates is only one part of the equation.  There's also goodwill writedowns and exposures to markets.

I went to their web site and read the transcript of the coference call to refresh my memory. Particularly the question and answer session.  The part on Goodwill was scary.  Also the "Trust me" part that came up.

If this would pop to around $16.50, I'm probably gone.  I'll eat the rest of my loss. 

I figure if they can maintain the dividend the stock will probably trade at over 9 dollar.  People buy these kind of companies for income.  

If I do decide to buy more it will be after the next qurter report.  I want a low price because of all the dilution which has taken place.

I don't see a catalyst which will push this to the 20 dollar mark, but maybe I'm missing something.
