NEO Battery Materials Ltd. is a Canadian battery materials technology company. Who sells at these levels? lol

Hardly any selling, but still. Who sells in to the bid at these levels? I'm going to place more bids in at 9.5 cents and take the cheapies that come my way. Unfortunately TSX down over 200 points so that doesn't help matters either.
