financials - not good

financials - not goodSince my last post, my view of this company has changed dramatically.  In early June it appeared there was something positive happening with this company the way the market was reacting; however, it was a false start or maybe even a small blowoff before tanking in price.  There has been no developments with the company and I fear we will not hear of any that will keep this company afloat.  If you have not read the last financials (end of June), I suggest you do so (look on SEDAR).  This company must be running on fumes right now, and will be looking to refinance soon.  I doubt there will be a favourable finance price if any.  There is also a loan of ~ $140000 on the books that will have to be repaid, so you can subtract that from the cash position from April.  Also, after talking to the new IR firm last fall (since then they were dismissed), I felt this company was ready to turn the corner.  Nothing of what I was told has occured.  The future does not look bright for APC investors.
