Whats in thI'm also skeptical of management whose interests are not aligned with shareholders, however just as a matter of record, Dundee does own 700,000 units of this trust so they have some skin in the game. But the incentive fee bugged me too, not to mention the capital gain tax I had to pay as a result of the non-cash distribution earlier this year.
The way I see it though, some of the selling pressure keeping the price of this down is coming from unit holders that bought at the IPO and are getting sick of watching it barely rise above that price 3 years later during a bull market in gold. In my view that is creating a bargain right now.
