RE: SchiffWell, I guess we'll see how much trust there is left when we see how this PP progresses.  I am slightly with you, I don't know who is going to provide the funding.  I know there is not near enough demand from the retail investor, especially with the 4 month hold.  My guess is that we see the institutional investor, private equity, or Stormont hop in.  There is no way you put a big PP out there like this one, and not have some ducks in a row on who will fill it.  Especially when they throw a time line of 12 days out there

Nice find Andy, that Powerpoint has been what they have been presenting to possible institutional/private equity investors.  Note that it does mention there are 6 leading candidates.

In my opinion, I think a way of them selling this equity offering could be with their participation.  If Stormont participates, then it makes it a lot easier to sell to others.  Stormont exercising the warrants at 20 cents also helps.

To be honest, I am still on edge until I see how this offering goes, and where the demand is coming from.
