On the flip side

They are almost out of ammo, they used up a lot of good news and NR's. Wanted to do a financing at a higher level but can't keep sp above .20
So fill a PP QUICKLY at this level before the SP tanks. Fill up the personal ATM, and load up the pantry. Another winter of discontent is around the corner.
